Friends

It is 2am and I am sitting here waiting for my hubby to return home from a week long business trip in Vegas, so I thought that I would do a post on something that I have thought a lot about over this past week.
Friends. I have had the privledge of having some of the most wonderful friends in my life. As I think back to my high school days and my best friend Brook, I think that she is the one that really started my road of great friendships. I am so grateful for all of the people that have been my friend, whether it was in high school or my friend now. I will forever love and be grateful that you were/are a part of my life. The only thing that saddens me when it comes to friends is when the friendship grows apart. I hate that! Why can't friendships always remain the same and constant in my life. Ever since we moved to this city five years ago, I have made some of the most amazing friendships. These women have helped me through some tough times and been there for some great, funny times. Some of you I met through visiting teaching and my ward or through playing a crazy game of Bunko! Each of you have touched me in some way. To those friends that I am not still in contact with, please know that I still love you and I miss our friendship. I really did learn something from each of you and just want to say thank you...thank you for being my friend. Due to the fact that I am not perfect...I know that at times I am not the easiest person to get along with, this is something that I am working on constantly. I wish that I could contact you all personally to tell you how much I love you. So if you are reading this now and have ever considered me a friend, please know that this was written for you and that you are loved! Thanks for helping to make me the person that I am today.

I went through all my pictures to try and find some of my favorite pictures of friends that I have had through the years. Please forgive me if there is not one of you, that doesn't mean that you were not important to me...it just means that I was slothful about taking pictures at that time in my life!
